Applies to vehicles: with external AV input
AV devices can be connected to the MMI system via a special connector cable.
Important: An AV device must be connected, and the required AV standard must be selected in the Setup menu Link.
Press the control button for Source.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to External AV input Fig. 1 and press the rotary pushbutton.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to AV1 or AV2 and press to confirm. The video picture of the AV device will then appear in the MMI display.
Note
- For a flawless video picture, the video standard (PAL, SECAM, NTSC) must be correctly set in the AV device and in the Setup menu of the MMI system Link.
- You can obtain the connector cable from an Audi dealer or specialist retailer.
